摘要 以山东德州中国太阳谷为例,详细介绍了被动式低能耗建筑的设计理念、设计特点、评估方法和程序。从被动式低能耗建筑设计的概念和重要性出发,详细介绍了被动式低能耗设计与建筑设备系统在生态建筑设计中的区别与联系,通过调整被动式低能耗设计在生态建筑评估中所占的比重、评估方法和所用参数,期望为生态建筑特别是被动式低能耗建筑评估体系的进一步改进提供新的方法和思路。 Using the China Sun Valley in Dezhou Shandong province as an example, the design and evaluation of passive low energy consumption building design assessment are introduced, including design concept, design characteristics, evaluation method and procedure. Based on the concept and importance of passive design, the difference and correlation between passive low energy consumption design and building service system in ecological building design are illustrated in detail. By adjusting the proportion, parameters and of assessment method of passive low energy consumption design in ecological building assessment, the authors expect to provide innovative methods and ideas to improve the ecological building assessment system.
