摘要 研究了动态硫化对聚丙烯(PP)/乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯塑料(EVAC)共混物的力学、相形态和流变性能的影响。结果表明,动态硫化可显著提高PP/EVAC共混物的力学性能,使共混物中的EVAC颗粒具有更好的分散效果。动态硫化物和简单共混物熔体均为假塑性流体。动态硫化后共混物熔体表观黏度升高,但依然保持着良好的热塑性。动态硫化物的粘流活化能随着剪切速率的增加而增大,而简单共混物则相反。 The effect of dynamic vulcanization on the mechanical properties, morphology and rheological behavior of PP / EVAC blends was studied. The results show that dynamic vulcanization improves the mechanical properties of PP / EVAC blends, and it improves the dispersion of EVAC. Both unvulcanized and dynamically vulcanized blends are pseudoplastic. Compared with the unvulcanized blend, the dynamical vulcanized blend is of higher apparent viscosity, but still maintains good thermoplastic. The flow activation energy of dynamical vulcanized blend increases with the increasing of shear rate, which behaves opposite to that of unvulcanized blend.
