摘要 根据注塑机五点斜排双曲肘合模机构设计要求,建立合模机构优化数学模型,确定参数化设计流程,基于MATLAB开发注塑机五点斜排双曲肘合模机构优化设计系统。案例分析表明,该系统不仅能完成合模机构系列化设计,而且优化后的合模机构工作性能得到提升,提高了设计人员的工作效率。 Based on the design requirements of five-point clamping unit of injection molding machine, the optimization mathematical model and the parametric design process of clamping unit was established. The optimization design software of five-point clamping unit was developed based on MATLAB. The cases study shows that the software can not only complete the serialization design of clamping units, but also the clamping unit performance is enhanced after optimization design. It improves the working efficiency for designers.
