摘要
设计了一种特殊结构的手柄双色注塑模具。该模具有两个浇注系统:一个成型聚碳酸酯内芯,一个浇注热塑性弹性体包覆层。二次注射时不是将整个动模旋转180°,而是将动模活动镶件推出后再旋转180°。动模活动镶件由注塑机推出,再由油缸推动齿条,通过齿轮传动带动动模活动镶件旋转180°。实践证明,该模具动作稳定可靠,塑料件质量满足设计要求。
The bi-color injection mold for special structure handle was designed.The mold had two gating system ： one using for molding PC inner core, another for molding TPE outer sphere.In the second injection, the movable core insert was released and then rotated 180° instead of the the movable die rotated 180°.Movable core insert pushed-offby injection machine, and then rotated 180° by the gear rack pushed by the oil cylinder.Practice proves that the movement of the mold is reliable, and the quality of the plastic parts can meet the design requirements.
