摘要
分析了无线触摸屏后壳的结构特点,设计了其注塑模具,重点介绍了定模外滑块、动模内滑块、常规斜顶和减速斜顶等抽芯机构的详细结构和设计方法,同时对浇注系统的设计要点作了介绍。实践表明,该模具动作可靠,产品质量符合客户要求。
The structure characteristics of rear enclosure of wireless touch screen was analyzed.The injection mould of the plastic part was designed.The detailed structure and design method of core-pulling mechanism such as fixed mould outside slide, moving mould inside slide, conventional lifter and deceleration lifter was explained thoroughly, the same time, the design features of the gating system was introduced.The practical production proves that the action of the mould is stable and reliable, the quality of the products could meet requirements of customer.
