油酸功能化石墨烯的制备及其在聚乙烯中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 以氧化石墨烯为原料,将油酸分子连接在石墨烯的表面,得到油酸功能化石墨烯,并通过溶液法将其与聚乙烯基体共混获得聚乙烯/功能化石墨烯复合材料,研究了复合材料的导电性能。结果表明,在低石墨烯含量下可大幅提高聚乙烯的导电性能。当油酸功能化石墨烯质量分数为8%时,复合材料的电导率达1 S/m;当油酸功能化石墨烯质量分数为10%时,复合材料的电导率达3 S/m。聚乙烯/功能化石墨烯复合材料在电缆屏蔽、电磁屏蔽和抗静电领域具有应用价值。 Oleic acid functionalized graphene was obtained by connecting the oleic acid molecules to the graphene surface, then the polyethylene / oleic acid functionalized graphene composites were made by mixing the solution of oleic acid functionalized graphene and polyethylene, the conductive properties of the composites were studied.The results shows that when the oleic acid functionalized graphene mass fraction is 8%, the conductivity of composite is 1 S/m, when the oleic acid functionalized graphene mass fraction is 10%, the conductivity of the composites is 3 S/m.The polyethylene/oleic acid functionalized graphene composites have a great application value in cable shielding, electromagnetic shielding and antistatic field.
