摘要
目的 探讨活体CT图像上对大脑皮质机能区简单而准确的定位方法。方法 随机抽取 30例健康青年人的CT图像 ,以大脑白质的指状髓突为标志辨认大脑皮质机能区。结果 青年人大脑白质的指状髓突显示清楚 ,尤以增强扫描更易于辨认。只要认准髓突 ,包绕该髓突远端的皮质即为相应的机能区。以 8个典型CT图像表示其结果。结论 大脑白质的指状髓突是在健康青年人CT图像上识别大脑皮质机能区的一种标记。
Objective To find a simple and accurate method to locate functional areas of cerebral cortex on CT images in vivo.Methods CT images of 30 cases of healthy youth were sampled randomly,and their functional areas of cerebral cortex were identified by digital neurapophysis of cerebral white matter.Results The digital neurapophysis of cerebral white matter was demostrated clearly on CT images of youth,and was identified more easily on enhanced images.As long as the neurapophysis was identified,the cerebral cortex surrounding this neurapophysis was the corresponding functional area.And 8 typical CT images were employed to show the results.Conclusions The digital neurapophysis of cerebral white matter is a marker to locate functional areas of cerebral cortex on CT images of youth.
