摘要
分析铁路客车轴承GCr18Mo高碳铬轴承钢套圈锻后采用空冷、雾冷存在的网状碳化物超标、表面裂纹等缺陷,介绍了采用以热水为冷却介质的锻后控冷工艺,并进行了对比试验。结果表明,锻后空冷工艺可以有效抑制网状碳化物的产生,改善锻件内在质量,且更加节能环保。
The defects such as reticular carbide, surface flaw are analyzed during air -cooling, spray -cooling of forging of bearing ring made of GCr18Mo steel. The post - forging controlled cooling technology is introduced taking hot water as cooling medium, and comparative test is conducted. The results show that the controlled cooling technology is effective to restrain the formation of reticular carbide, improving the quality of forgings and saving energy.
