华电国际邹县发电厂600 MW氢冷发电机定子线圈存在内漏故障,通过查找确认漏点在#31槽上层线棒处。介绍了更换故障线棒的过程,成功消除了定子线圈漏水的缺陷,可为处理同类型故障提供参考。

There was inner leakage fault in stator coil of the 600 MW hydrogen-cooled generator of Huadian International Zouxian Power Plant.By finding,it was confirmed that the leakage point is located in upper winding bar of slot No.31.The process of replacing the failed winding bar was described.The defect of water leakage of stator coil was eliminated successfully,which provides reference for treatment of similar faults.
