摘要
介绍了发电机故障的原因,论述了在故障处理过程中只能在现场进行发电机动平衡试验,为节省抢修时间,决定尝试采用国内9F机组发动机从未采用过的空气冷却启动方法进行动平衡试验。实际结果表明,发电机各个部分的温度正常,各项指标均在标准范围内,说明390H型发电机空气冷却启动成功,取得了较好的效果。
The reasons of the generator fault were introduced.It was expounded that in fault treatment process,the dynamic balance test of the generator must be carried out on the scene only,and in order to reduce the urgent repair time,it was decided to start the generator with pressed air cooling instead of hydrogen cooling and to carry out the dynamic balance test further,which is a method never adopted for the generator of 9F unit in our country.The practical result shows that the temperature of each part of the generator is normal,and the indexes are all in the standard range,and this means that the air cooling startup of generator 390H was successful;and better effect was obtained.
