摘要
为探讨冻融胚胎的方法,提高试管婴儿妊娠成功率,我们对人体外受精(IVF)及卵浆内单精子显微注射(ICSI)后的348个早期胚胎加保护剂(丙二醇、蔗糖),采用Testart慢速冷冻方法保存。将其中79个胚胎用快速融解法解冻,有57个胚胎存活,存活率72.16%。57个胚胎分别给13例患者移植,结果5例生化妊娠,其中4例发展为临床妊娠,1例已出生健康婴儿。结论:采用冻融胚胎技术可以提高一次取卵的总妊娠率。
To demonstrate the effect of cryopreservation on human embryos. Methods:Slow freezing and rapid thawing method were used for frozen-thawed human embryos. Results: Embryos for freezing were supernumerary embryos obtained after in -vitro fertilization(IVF) with or without intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI). After selection of two to four embryos of the excellent to good quality for transfer in the oocyte-collection cycle,the remaining embryos were frozen. A total of 348 embryos were frozen,of which 79 embryos were thawed. There were 57(72. 16%) embryos survived. 36 embryos were thawed in IVF group and 25(69. 44%) embryos survivde, they were transferred in 5 patients. One pregnancy was established. 43 embryos were thawed in ICSI group and 32(74. 42%) embryos survived,they were transferred in 8 patients. Three pregnancies was established. After thawed there were 22 embryos died these embryos contained up to 30% of their volume filled with a nucleate fragments before frozen. Conclusion: This study indicated that the morphological survival and further pregnancy of human cryopreserved embryos obtained after IVF treatment in association with ICSI are no different from those obtained after IVF only. The embryo quality before cryopreseration is very important to the survival rate of cryopreserved embryos.
