乙型肝炎患者TNF-α和PDGF水平及其与肝纤维化的关系

Serum levels of TNF-α,PDGF and their correlation the hepatic in patients with hepatitis B

目的研究乙型肝炎患者血清细胞因子水平与肝纤维化的关系。方法检测 ８０例乙型肝炎患者及 ２０例正常对照的血清肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ－α）和血小板源生长因子（ＰＤＧＦ）水平。结果急性肝炎、慢性肝炎和肝硬化患者的ＴＮＦ和ＰＤＧＦ的活性明显高于正常对照组，且与患者的血清Ⅲ型前胶原肽（ＰＣⅢ）含量密切相关（ ｒ＝ ０．６６， ｒ＝ ０．７５）。结论 ＴＮＦ－α和 ＰＤＧＦ活性的变化可能与肝纤维化的发病机理有关，在慢性肝炎向肝硬化转变的过程中起促进作用。

Aim To study the serum levels of cytokines and their correlations with hepatic fibrosis in patients with hepatitis B. Methods The serum levels of tumour necrosis factor (TNF-) and platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) in 80 patients with hepatitis B and 20 contrds have been detected. Results The results showed that the TNF- and PDGF levels were significantly higher in patients with acute hepatitis, chronic hepatitis and posthepatitis cirrhosis compared with normal subjects. The serum levels of TNF- and PDGF in viral hepatitis were closely related to the levels of serum precollagen type III (r = 0. 66, r = 0.75). Conclusion These results suggested that the changes of TNF- and PDGF may be related to the pathogensis of hepatic fibrosis. It may play an important role in the process from chronic hepatitis to cirrhosis.
