摘要
针对于风冷冷热水机组,由于机组放置室外,在环境温度低于0度时,壳管的防冻问题是关键,通过分析壳管中水温的分布以及变化,得出如无额外热源提供给壳管,壳管将会产生冻裂的危险,通过分析壳管中的水温在不同环境温度下的变化,控制额外热源的供热,可保证壳管中的水不会结冰,避免壳管出现冻裂,本文提出了一种新型比较理想和节能的壳管防冻控制方案。
By analyzing the temperature distribution and change of water in the shell and tube heat exchanger of the air-cooled (heat pump) chiller placed outdoor at the subzero environment, this paper reveals that frost protection is a critical issue to be taken into consideration, and the shell and tube heat exchanger without a extra heat source is likely to suffer frost damage. Therefore, this paper presents a ideal solution for ensuring water in the shell and tube heat exchanger that will not be frozen up and the shell and tube heat exchanger that will not be damaged by frost through controlling the extra heat source in accordance with the water temperature change in various climatic conditions.
