Analysis of the Path of Democratization of Public Decision-making——Preliminary Exploration on System of Deliberative Democracy

公共决策民主化是现代化管理的必然趋势,是我国发展社会主义民主政治的重要内容。发展协商民主的一个重要考量就是要完善公共决策机制,提高决策的科学化、民主化程度,这是公共决策最重要的价值取向,协商民主能够帮助实现。协商民主在中国的运用及实践主要体现在基本政治制度———多党合作的政治协商制度,以及以温岭民主恳谈会为代表的基层民主实践。

Democratization of public decision-making is the inevitable trend of modem management as well as the important content of development of our socialist democratic politics. One significant consideration in development of deliberative democracy is to improve the public decision-making mechanism and enhance scientifieation and democratization of decision-making, which is the most important value orientation of public decision-making and also helps achieve the goal of deliberative democracy. The application of deliberative democracy in China is mainly reflected in the basic political system, the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation, and grassroots democracy represented by Wenling Democratic Consultation.
