Analysis of Problems of and Solutions to University's Ideological and Political Education in the Multi-culture Perspective

多元文化已成为当今中国社会文化的基本特征,对人们的生活方式、价值观念和行为方式产生了一定的影响。同时也给大学生思想政治教育带来严峻挑战,高校是多元文化交汇的前沿地带,大学生是社会中最能敏感地触及到社会、思想与政治变革的人群,思想观念的演变在他们身上表现得最为直接和敏锐。因此,处于"吸纳期"的青年学生更加迫切需要正确的思想引领。

Universities are the forward position region of multi-culture intersection. Therefore, university students become the first group to sense the transformation of society, ideology and politics, and consequently show keen reaction to the transformation of ideology. However, under the open social environment, university＇ s ideological and political education has always been caught unprepared. As a result, the thinking legitimacy and acceptability of main stream values receives continuous challenges, besides; the contribution of current ideological and political education to individual development is doubted. Therefore, young students who are going through the ＂absorption period＂ need proper ways of ideological guidance.
