霍奇金淋巴瘤继发急性髓系白血病M_31例

摘要 1病例报告患者,女,49岁。3年前（2009-03-16）因＂咳嗽伴左侧胸痛、双侧颈部淋巴结肿大1个月＂在我院肿瘤血液科诊治。当时查浅表淋巴结彩超：双侧颈部及锁骨上窝探及多枚肿大淋巴结,大者38 cm×25 cm。肺及腹部CT示：（1）右肺上叶前段占位并肺不张;（2）右肺中叶、下叶背段及左舌叶多发转移;（3）纵隔内、心包前脂肪间隙及左侧腋窝淋巴结转移;（4）主动脉左旁结节状软组织密度影;（5）左侧少量胸水。行右颈部淋巴结活检术,
