摘要
研究赤泥盐酸浸出铁铝钛元素的试验,得到最佳工艺条件为盐酸浓度为6mol/L、反应温度为85℃。从热力学的角度对主要反应的吉布斯自由能与温度的关系图、离子在溶液中的稳定区域图和反应中TiO2的行为对试验结果的影响机理进行分析。
In this paper,the red mud leaching by hydrochloric acid was studied and the best leaching conditions were gained.Results showed that the concentration of hydrochloric acid was 6mol/L,and the reaction temperature was about 85℃.The influence of table region in the solution of ions,the relationship between △G and the temperature,the behavior of TiO2 in acid leaching test on test results were analyzed.
