摘要
内蒙古大唐国际再生资源开发有限公司一期示范项目采用预脱硅碱石灰烧结法工艺,利用高铝粉煤灰生产氧化铝,年产20万吨氧化铝,项目的特色之一就是针对粉煤灰熟料铝硅比偏低、孔隙率高、反应活性大等特点采用筒形溶出器-棒磨机的两段溶出工艺对其进行溶出。本文旨在通过实验手段研究不同冷却速度对粉煤灰熟料相关溶出指标的影响,试验结果表明:冷却速度为10℃/min时,Al2O3溶出率为93.72%,冷却速度为80℃/min时,Al2O3溶出率为91.53%,Al2O3溶出率相差2.19%,冷却速度对熟料Al2O3、Na2O标准溶出率的影响则相对较小。此类熟料采用快速冷却方式有利于缩短冷却时间、降低能耗,对其工业生产较为有利。
The pre-desiliconization and soda-lime sintering process is used for the first phase project with 200,000t/a alumina in Inner Mongolia Datang International Recycling Resource Development Co.,Ltd..As the fly ash clinker is characterized by lower alumina-silica ratio,high porosity and high reaction activity,two-stage digestion process with barrel digester-rod mill for clinker digestion is adopted.In this paper influences of different cooling speed on related digesting indexes is researched by the experiment,the results show that the Al2O3 digesting rate is 93.72% at the clinker cooling speed of 10℃/min,the Al2O3 digesting rate is 91.53% at the clinker cooling speed of 80℃/min,the difference of Al2O3 digesting rate is 2.19%.The influence of cooling speed on the standard Al2O3 and Na2O digestion rate is relatively small,and rapid cooling clinker is beneficial to reduce the cooling time and reduce energy consumption and in favor of industrial production.
