摘要
铝电解槽异型阴极技术的生产应用,为电解在低极距条件生产提供必需的技术保障,同时利于电解生产长周期平稳运行。伊电集团电解铝工业研究所在不同槽型上采用不同规格形状的异型阴极进行技术条件的优化生产对比实验。结果表明铝电解生产电耗大幅降低,节能降耗效果显著。
Abnormal cathodes were applied to aluminium reduction pots in smelters to provide the necessary technical supports under low anode cathode distance and be favorable for stable operation of aluminium reduction.The contrast test of technology conditions optimization on different pots with different specifications and shapes of abnormal cathodes were carried out in Aluminium Reduction Engineering Technology Institute of Yichuan Electric Power Group Company,the results showed that the power consumption of alumiminium reduction was significantly decreased and the effects of energy saving were remarkable.
