摘要
减小铝液中水平电流是实现铝电解槽节能降耗的重要手段之一。本文针对当前出现的五种有代表性的异型阴极钢棒,在有限元商业软件ANSYS平台上分别建立其相应的三维电热场耦合切片计算模型,在兼顾槽底压降变化等因素的情况下,分析和对比了这些钢棒在减小铝液中水平电流方面的效果。结果表明:相比于传统阴极钢棒,五种异型阴极钢棒都能不同程度地减小铝液中的水平电流,但除方案二的阴极钢棒外,都在一定程度上增大了阴极压降;同时阴极炭块和钢棒的电流密度也都有所改变。
Reducing the horizontal current density in the liquid aluminium is one of the ways to save energy in aluminium reduction industry.With the numerical calculation of three-dimensional steady model steady coupling thermo-electric field of aluminium reduction cell through finite element method software ANSYS,the comparison of five different cathode collector bars in reducing the horizontal current density in the liquid aluminium was made in this paper with the consideration of some other factors such as voltage drop of the cell bottom.The simulation results showed that all of the new structures could reduce the horizontal current density to different extents,while only the solution 2 could manage that without increasing the voltage drop of the cell bottom,and the current density of cathode blocks and cathode collector bars of all of five solutions had also changed.
