摘要
在武钢8号高炉矿焦混装时,增加焦丁用量,料柱透气性得到改善,冶炼强度明显提高,产量增加;同时,煤气利用率也明显提高,达到48%以上,燃料比降低到499.1kg/t,取得了较好的经济效益。
The permeability of the burden column has been improved,the intensity of BF operation remarkably raised and productivity increased in the No.8 BF of WISCO since increase of coke breeze consumption in the ore-coke mixed burden of the furnace,and in the meanwhile the availability of gas has been prominently raised（up to 48 %） and the fuel ratio lowered to 499.1 kg/t and energy consumption reduced accordingly and thereby better economical efficiencies have been achieved.
