摘要
针对武钢炼钢总厂二分厂碳的质量分数在0.08%~0.22%的连铸坯易出现表面纵裂的问题,通过对保护渣理化性能和熔化特性的研究,确定了适合该类钢连铸用的高碱度保护渣指标。工业试验表明,该高碱度保护渣具有良好的使用效果,铸坯表面质量优良,裂纹率由4.2%降低到了1.6%。
In view of problem of surface crack frequently occurring in the process of continuously casting the slab with 0.08 %~0.22 % carbon in the No.2 Steelmaking Plant of WISCO,the proper chemical compositions of the high basicity CC mold flux suitable for continuously casting various type of slab are determined by studies on the physical and chemical properties and melting characteristics of the flux.Industrial experiments show that very satisfactory reults have been achieved in the use of the newly developed mold flux and the crack rate has been reduced to 1.6 % from original 4.2 %.
