武钢140t/h干熄焦中高压锅炉热效率分析

Thermal efficiency analysis of 140 t/h CDQ middle and high pressure boiler of WISCO

介绍干熄焦中温中压锅炉及高温高压锅炉炉管的结构参数,结合武钢140t/h干熄焦技术实践,对2种类型锅炉的热效率、产汽量及其操作参数进行分析对比,分别探讨2种锅炉操作对于生产稳定运行的影响。

The present paper introduces the structural parameters of medium temperature and medium pressure as well as high temperature and high pressure CDQ boilers and in combination with the actual running practice of the 140t/h CDQ in WISCO,the thermal efficiency,amount of steam generation and other operating parameters of two different boilers are analyzed and compared with each other,effects of two different operating methods on the steady running of the boilers are investigated.
