定子调压装置备用方案的设计与应用

Design and application of alternative plan of stator voltage regulation device

定子调压装置主要用于三相转子滑环式感应电动机的调速控制。在吊车起升机构的使用中,为了有效保证设备的连续运行,对现场定子调压装置采用"一用一备"的设计方案,而鉴于该设备故障率较低的运行情况,突显了备用设备闲置和资金浪费的特点。针对定子调压装置的控制特点,设计了使用接触器来代替备用定子调压装置的方案,能够更简单地实现备用功能,而且有效降低了投入成本。

Stator voltage regulation device is uesd for speed control of three-phase rotor slip ring induction motor.In order to effectively guarantee the continuous operation of the equipment in the process of using the hoisting mechanism of the crane in the previous design plan for the stator regulator,one device was put in use and another was back up.In view of the very low trouble rate of the equipment in operation,the back up one was always in an idle condition causing serious waste of fund.In order to solve this problem,a plan in which a contactor is used in place of the stator regulator is drawn up in terms of the characteristics of the stator voltage regulator.By execution of this plan,the functions of the equipments can be more easily achieved and further more the investment cost will be effectively reduced.
