摘要
本文研究了微波场对铝土矿矿物微观形貌结构的影响,并对其影响铝土矿的溶出性能做了详细分析。研究结果表明:在微波加热的最佳温度600℃、最佳时间10min下,铝土矿的相对溶出率达到98.65%。微波焙烧与传统焙烧方式相比,铝土矿能够在较低焙烧温度、较短时间内满足其溶出性能的需要。
In this paper the influence of microwave field on bauxite mineral morphology structure was studied, and the influence on leaching performance of bauxite was analyzed in detail. The results showed that the related leaching rate of bauxite was 98.65% by microwave heating at optimum temperature of 600℃ for 10 min. Comparing with traditional baking method, requirements of leaching performance could be met in lower baking temperature and shorter time.
