摘要
焙烧炉燃控系统现场设备传统的有线局域网存在投入高、不易维护等诸多弊端,为此,尝试将WLAN技术应用于焙烧炉燃控系统,实现现场设备无线通信的目的。经反复测试及改进,无线网络完全适应于焙烧炉复杂工况,能够稳定运行。几年来的使用结果表明,无线网络使得燃控系统的稳定性得以提高,对炭素焙烧炉相关技术的深入发展具有积极的意义。
There are some disadvantages in the traditional wired LAN of firing control system of anode baking furnaces, such as high investment and difficult maintain. For the purpose of realizing the wireless communication, the WLAN technology was introduced into the firing control system. After repeated testing and improvement, the wireless network was fully adapted to the working conditions on anode baking furnaces. The results indicated that the stability of firing control system was improved by applying wireless networks.
