摘要
结合桂林市现有的机动车档案管理状态,设计桂林市机动车电子档案管理系统,给出机动车电子档案管理系统的结构和功能,以及技术实现方案。
Combined with the existing state of Guilin vehicle archives management, the Management System of Guilin Vehicle Electronic Archives was designed, of which the structure and function, and technical implementation scheme were proposed.
