以竹纤维为碳源制备碳包覆磷酸铁锂

摘要 以竹纤维为碳源,制备了碳包覆磷酸铁锂(LiFePO4/C)正极材料,研究了竹纤维掺杂量对材料结构和性能的影响。XRD分析表明:制备的材料具有标准的橄榄石型结构。充放电实验表明:当竹纤维掺杂量为7%时,材料具有较好的电化学性能,以0.1C在2.5~4.1 V充放电,首次放电比容量为150 mAh/g,第20次循环的容量保持率为96%。 Carbon coated lithium iron phosphate (LiFePOJC) cathode materials were prepared with bamboo fiber as carbon source. Additive effects of bamboo fiber on the structure and electrochemical performance of material were studied. XRD analysis showed that the prepared material had an ordered olivine type structure. Charge-discharge experiment showed that the material had fine electrochemical performance when bamboo fiber addition was 7%, when charged-discharged in 2.5 - 4.1 V with 0.1 C, the initial specific discharge capacity was 150.0 mAh/g, the capacity retention was 96% in the 20th cycle.
