摘要
应用有限元分析软件,对在外压作用下的减压塔变径段进行了强度和失稳分析,对比分析了锥壳变径段及球壳变径段两种结构形式。通过计算得出,小端带加强件的球壳变径段比锥壳变径段的整体应力强度值低且临界失稳压力大。因此该结构既能满足工艺要求,且具有较好的强度及稳定性。
Finite element analysis software is applied to make strength and stability analysis on the transition section of the vacuum tower under external pressure.This paper makes a comparative analysis on two forms of structures which are conical and spherical forms.It is obtained through calculation that the total stress intensity value of the spherical transition section with stiffener on small end is lower and the critical pressure in buckling is higher than those of the conical form.Therefore,this structure not only can meet the technological requirements,but also has better strength and stability.
