液化天然气储罐用国产9% Ni钢钢板技术调研分析与评价

STUDY AND EVALUATION OF APPLICATION OF DOMESTIC 9% NI STEEL PLATE FOR LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS STORAGE TANK

调研组对国内4家钢厂试制(或生产)9%Ni钢钢板的情况进行了技术调研。文章对国产9%Ni钢钢板的冶炼工艺、力学性能、工艺性能、焊接性能等进行了综合分析,同时与进口9%Ni钢钢板进行了全面的技术比较。针对国产9%Ni钢钢板需要提高的方面,以及与9%Ni钢钢板国产化相关的问题提出建议。

Based on the technical investigation of four domestic steel plants,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the domestic 9% Ni steel from the aspects of smelting process,mechanical properties,process performance,welding performance and so on.Compared with the imported 9% Ni steel,the paper points out the aspects that need to be improved in domestic 9% Ni steel and puts forward some suggestions for the correlative issues concerning the domestic production of 9% Ni steel.This helps to promote the domestic production of 9% Ni steel and provides practical reference for such work.
