双螺杆压缩机喷油节能改造

摘要 克拉玛依石化分公司60万连续重整PSA装置的尾气双螺杆压缩机(LG77/0.5),自装置2011年12月开工运行后,为保证机组喷液冷却正常进行,需要从机组入口频繁补入冷却介质(汽油),故造成机组喷液循环系统消耗大量汽油,使机组能耗较大。文章通过分析、试验等方法通过改变喷油介质,在满足机组正常运行的工况下,大大降低了机组能耗,年节省费用达千万元。 The tail gas twin-screw compressor(LG77/0.5) of the 600 kt/a continuous reforming PSA device in Karamay Petrochemical Company has started operation since Jan.,2012.In order to ensure the normal operation of the liquid spray cooling unit,frequent filling of cooling medium(gasoline) is needed.Hence,a large amount of gasoline is consumed in the liquid spray circulation system of the unit,which causes a large energy consumption of the unit.Through analysis and tests,oil spout medium is changed.This can satisfy the normal operation of the unit and greatly reduces the energy consumption of the unit.And nearly ten million yuan can be saved each year.
