小型氮肥企业联产轻质碳酸钙新工艺研究 被引量:7

New Technology Research on Coproducing Light Calcium Carbonate Carbonate in Small-Sized Nitrogen Fertilizer Plant

摘要 生产碳酸氢铵的碳酸化过程是一个使液氨贬值的过程。提出了用石灰乳代替氨水脱除CO2生产轻质碳酸钙作为我国小型氮肥企业联产轻钙的新工艺。介绍了联产轻钙的工艺流程和技术特点,与碳铵碳酸化传统工艺进行了比较;对小型氮肥企业联产轻钙的新工艺进行了经济技术分析,结果表明,新工艺中不仅液氨可以全部外卖,且联产轻钙所产生的经济效益要远远高于合成氨和碳铵本身,可形成"肥化联产"的新局面。 Carbonation process of producing ammonium bicarbonate was a process to make the liquid ammonia depreciation of process. Author has presented the new process in which the light calcium carbonate was produced by using of removal of CO2 instead of ammonia water by lime milk, as coproducing light calcium carbonate in the small-sized nitrogen fertilizer plant in China, has introduced the process flow and its technical features for coproduction of light calcium carbonate, has compared the process with the traditional process of carbonation of ammonium bicarbonate, has made the economic and technical analysis for new process in which coproducing light calcium carbonate in the small-sized nitrogen fertilizer plant, result indicates that not only the liquid ammonia can be fully sold outside, but also the economic benefit existing in coproduction of light calcium carbonate is far higher than them of synthetic ammonia and ammonium bicarbonate, it can form new situation of "fertilizer and chemical eoproduction".
