摘要 针对某30万t/a合成氨、30万t/a甲醇项目的多元料浆气化装置2011年10月试运行以来存在的停车、跳车、泄漏等问题,采取了改进烧嘴尺寸、改造制浆系统、改造捞渣机等一系列优化措施,提出了尚待解决的问题以及进一步优化改造的建议。结果表明,经过一年的试运行和改造,装置已达到满负荷运行,合成气中有效气含量大于75%,气化残碳降低至10%以下,各项指标均达到设计值。 In allusion to problems of shutdown, trip and leakage etc. existed since commission in October 2011 in multi-component slurry gasification plant for projects with a capacity of 300,000 t/a of synthetic ammonia and a capacity of 300,000 t/a of methanol, a series of optimizing measures for improving the dimensions of burner, reforming the slurry making system, and reforming the sludge drag machine and so on were adopted, author has presented the problems to be solved and the suggestions for further optimizing the reformation. Result indicates that after commission and reformation in one year the plant has reached to full load operation, the effective gas content in the synthetic gas is more than 75 %, the remained carbon from gasification is low- ered to less than 10%, all the indexes reach to design indexes.
