宪法与经济法的关系,是重要的理论和实践问题。由于宪法与经济法所共有的"经济性"是其存在密切关联的基础和纽带,因而从经济性的视角,有助于分析宪法与经济法的交互影响和内在的"一致性",揭示和解决实践中存在的违背"一致性"要求的问题,从而有助于构建宪法与经济法的良性互动关系,更好地推动经济、社会和法治的发展。

It is an important theoretic and practical problem that the relationship between constitutional law and economic Law. Owing to economy which lies in constitutional Law and economic Law both is basis and bond of close association between them, therefore from the perspective of economy, it helps to analyze inner uniformity and interaction of constitutional Law and economic Law, reveals and resolves those problems in practice which are against uniformity requirement, and then it helps to construct be- nign interaction between constitutional law and economic law, and promote the development of rule of law, society and economy better.
