摘要
文章对我国个人信息保护立法中自由、安全、正义、秩序和效率等诸多价值取向进行了辩证分析,探讨了以科学的价值尺度和社会核心价值体系为导向进行价值选择的新思路,以为我国个人信息保护立法建言献策。
The paper carries out a dialectical analysis for personal information protection legislation in china in the various value orientation of freedom, security, justice, order and efficiency, and proposes the new ideas of value selection which refer to scientific measure of value and core value system of the society as the orientation, aiming at providing advice and suggestions for our personal information protection legislation.
