A Study on CDRS Innovation Performance Process Model Based on Knowledge Integration Capability

良好的知识整合能力有利于组织创新绩效的提升。以此,在相关文献分析的基础上,构建了基于知识整合能力的CDRS创新绩效过程模型,详细探讨不确定性、知识整合能力及CDRS创新绩效关系之间的关系,指出CDRS外部知识和现有知识体系的不确定性通过知识整合能力的中介作用,间接地对CDRS创新绩效有显著正向影响,而知识整合能力与CDRS创新绩效之间呈直接的正相关关系,强化知识整合能力建设是提升CDRS组织创新绩效的关键。

Knowledge integration capability is conducive to the organizational innovation performance upgrade. This, on the basis of the literature analysis, a knowledge integration capability-based the CDRS innovation performance process model is built. The paper discussed in detail uncertainty, knowledge integration capability and the CDRS innovation performance of relationship, pointed out that CDRS external knowledge and existing knowledge systems uncertainty through the intermediary role of knowledge integration capability has a indirect positive influence and a direct positive correlation between knowledge integration capability with CDRS innovation performance, and strengthening the capacity building of knowledge integration was the key to improve the CDRS organizational innovation performance.
