高校后勤社会化改革进入具体实施阶段已有十多年了,由于受各种条件限制,各高等学校后勤社会化改革很不平衡。通过对高职院校社会化改革的现状、存在的问题进行分析,并以黄冈职业技术学院后勤改革实践为例,对高职院校后勤新型管理模式进行探讨。
