摘要
目的 :探讨上颌骨骨纤维异常增殖症的临床特征、诊断及治疗。方法 :对 1987至 1997年收治的19例上颌骨骨纤维异常增殖症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :本病好发于青少年 ,以无痛性颌面部膨胀畸形和邻近器官功能障碍为主要症状 ,X线片示病变区骨质呈不同程度磨玻璃样外观 ,边界不清。采用局部保守切除和骨创面冷冻治疗 ,17例随访 2～ 10年无复发 ,另 2例复发再次手术治愈。结论 :根据病史 ,体征及X线检查可作出诊断 。
Objective:To explore the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of maxillary fibrous hyperplasia of bone.Method:The clinical data of 19 cases were analysed retrospectively.Result:The clinical manifestation were painless inflation deformity of maxillofacial region and dysfunction of neighbouring structures,commonly happened in young people.Appearance in X ray showed glassy in different degree,and the border was unclear.They were treated by surgical exclusion and cryosurgery,17 cases were cured within the 2 10 years follow up,2 cases were reoperated after reoccurence.Conclusion:The diagnosis can be made by history,signs and radiography.Surgical exclusion and cryosurgery are the effective treatment.
