摘要
为探讨不同量的乙醇对SOD活力和MDA含量的影响 ,分别按家兔每公斤体重累加 0 .2 g、0 .5g、1.0 g的乙醇给予静注 ,然后分别测定不同量的乙醇作用下机体内的SOD活力和MDA含量 ,并进行比较分析。结果显示 :0 .2g、0 .5 g/kg体重乙醇时SOD活力增强 ,MDA含量降低 ,1.0 g/kg体重乙醇时SOD活力降低 ,MDA含量增加。认为机体对乙醇反应与用量不同有关 ,量少可提高SOD的活力和降低MDA含量 ,而量多则相反。进一步证实“饮酒少量有益 ,过量有害”
In order to study the effects of different dose alcohol use on the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content, rabbits were intravenously injected 0.2g, 0.5g and 1.0g alcohol per kg, respectively. After that the SOD activity and MDA content in vivo were detected and comparatively analyzed. Results showed that the SOD activity in rabbits were strengthened and the MDA content lowered when they were injected 0.2g and 0.5g/kg alcohol. However, the SOD activity lowered and MDA content increased when they were injected 1.0g/kg alcohol. It indicated that the response of body to the alcohol is related to the dose of alcohol use. Few dose alcohol use can increase SOD activity and lower MDA content, more is vise versa. It further testifies the saying that 'little alcohol use results in good health, and much causes harm'.
