2010年辽宁省东港市卧龙屯小流域列为国家水土流失重点治理区。该文介绍了其水土保持综合治理的措施。科技人员精心组织,科学规划,在分析水土流失现状的基础上,实施5项水土流失治理措施:既沟壑治理措施、坡耕地治理措施、果园治理措施、小河道治理措施、封禁措施。从而取得了明显的生态、经济和社会效益。

Liaoning Province Donggang City Wuolongtun Watershed was listed as the key soil and water loss control area in 2010.The article introduces the comprehensive control measures for its soil and water conservation.On the basis to analyze the present situation of soil and water loss,the scientific and technological members meticulously organize and scientifically plan to implement five measures for controlling the soil and water loss – gully control,slope farmland control,orchard control,small river control and prohibition so as to achieve the obvious ecological,economical and social benefits.
