浅析我国小城镇污水处理厂建设及运营

Elementary Analysis on Construction and Operation of Small Town Wastewater Treatment Plant in China

无论是在"十一五"期间,还是在"十二五"期间,生活污水和工业废水处理已经成为我国污染源控制的重点工作。尤其是当前小城镇污水处理设施建设已经严重滞后于城市相关建设水平,也无法满足城镇经济发展的实际需要。因此,如何更科学化、合理化地开展污水处理工作,实现小城镇污水处理厂运营效益最大化,成为了当前政府及业界都十分关注的话题。该文从阐述我国小城镇污水处理厂现状出发,分析了当前我国小城镇污水处理厂建设及运营中存在的问题,并相应提出了应对策略,可供同行借鉴。

Not only in 'Eleven Five' period,but also in 'Twelve Five' period,the treatment of the domestic sewage and the industrial wastewater has become the key work to control the pollution source in China,and but is also hard to satisfy the practical demand of the town economical development,especially the construction of small town wastewater treatment facilities having been seriously behind the city construction level now.Therefore,how to more scientifically and reasonably implement the sewage treatment and to realize the maximum operation benefit of small town wastewater treatment plant has become the very concerned about the topic by the government and the industries now.The article sets forth the present situation of small town wastewater treatment plant in China,analyzes the existing problems in the construction and operation of small town wastewater treatment plant,and puts forward the relevant countermeasures,which can be referred for the similar projects.
