摘要
兰州深安黄河大桥主墩基础施工采用双壁钢套箱围护结构。利用ANSYS结构分析软件建立钢套箱结构的三维仿真模型,考虑了主墩基础施工过程中的各个施工工况,并验算了钢套箱结构在各个工况下的强度、刚度和稳定性。根据分析结果,为满足施工要求对钢套箱结构进行了优化,并为实际施工提出了有价值的意见与建议。
The construction of main pier foundation of Lanzhou Shenan Yellow River Major Bridge adopts the shielding structure of double-wall steel cofferdam.Three-dimensional simulation model of the steel cofferdam is created by structural analysis software ANSYS to analyze its strength,stiffness and stability,considering the different loading cases during the construction of main pier foundation.Based on the analysis results,the structure of steel cofferdam is optimized to meet the construction requirements,and some useful comments and suggestions are also put forward for the practical construction.
