转基因大豆深加工食品DNA鉴定技术研究 被引量:17

摘要 转基因食品的标识制度是法律赋予消费者的知情权和选择权。对转基因食品的鉴定和检测技术是保证国家《转基因食品卫生管理办法》有效执行的重要保障。依据转基因技术的原理,DNA检测技术是鉴定转基因食品的简单、高效手段。然而,这一技术严重依赖于从转基因深加工产品中提取的DNA质量。本文选取豆腐、油豆腐、豆浆、酱油、豆瓣酱、蛋白粉、异黄酮等多种转基因大豆深加工食品,比较不同DNA提取技术对检测结果的影响,结果发现对深加工食品进行适当前处理后,利用改良CTAB法提取DNA,能显著提高大豆深加工食品中DNA的提取效率和质量。本研究中建立了4种大豆制品中转基因成分的定性PCR检测方法体系,可用于不同的转基因大豆深加工食品检测;讨论了目前转基因检测技术存在的问题以及转基因产品标识的必要性。 It is an important rule to label the food from genetic modified organism (GMO) according to law of Chi- na. It is an essential way to protect the right of consumer to know and choose the GMO food according to their own opinion. So identification of GMO food is the key technology to guarantee effective work of the law. According to biotechnology, DNA assessment is one of the most efficient techniques to identify GMO food. However, the effectiveness is crucially relied on the DNA quality and quantity extracted from GMO food. In this paper, we reported a new proce- dure to extract DNA with high quality from various commercial soybean-made food, which include fresh Toufu, oil-fried Toufu, soybean milk, soy sauce, thick soybean sauce, soybean protein powder, and isoflavone product from soybean. Research find that appropriate pretreatment on different food can substantially improve the harvested DNA quality. A complete technique system is established to identify the introgression of GMO source into these kinds of food. We also discussed some problems on the GMO food identification.
