摘要
以某新建钢筋混凝土底框架商住楼工程为例,利用DHDSY预测软件,研究该建筑底框架中柱的失效时间和强度裕度。结果表明,该商住楼完全符合现行防火设计规范,但是在火灾荷载较大时仍面临结构失效倒塌的危险。最后根据结构耐火性能化评估结果,提出结构设计的具体改进措施和建议。
This paper uses DHDSY prediction software to study the bottom frame inner column' s failure time and strength margin based on a new bottom RC frame business building. The results show that the building is in fuji com- pliance with the current fire design specification, but may be still in danger of collapse in a large fire load. Accord- ing to the base performance evaluation results of structure fire resistance, the improvement measures and suggestions of this building' s structure design are put forward.
