高层建筑外墙保温体系防火措施探讨

On the External Wall Insulation in a High-rise Building

近年来,我国高层建筑外墙保温火灾多发,造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失。通过对外墙保温材料及系统构造的应用分析,查找高层建筑外墙保温火灾的起因,提出了选择合理的外墙构造型式、开发适用的无机外墙保温系统、提高有机保温材料的燃烧性能等级、进行可燃材料外保温系统的防火设计以及加强施工现场的安全管理的五项防火措施,以期帮助解决我国高层建筑外墙保温防火问题,有效降低火灾风险。

In recent years, there is an increasing number of external wall insulation fires, resulting in huge losses ofthe lives and properties of the people. This paper analyzes the formation of these fires and suggests some proper ex- ternal wall structures and convenient inorganic insulation system to upgrade the performance of organic insulation ma- terials, the fire - proof design of external wall insulation materials and the construction management on the spot to re- duce fire risk of this kind.
