摘要
目的分析神经外科手术中进行温度护理的临床体会。方法回顾性分析我院自2009年10月至2011年7月,我院收治的42例神经外科手术患者,于术中对其进行亚低温温度护理。结果手术中42例患者均保持亚低温状态,良好控制体温在34℃～36℃。术后患者均能恢复正常体温,血压、循环等各项生命指征均稳定。结论在术中进行适当的温度护理,有助于神经外科手术时脑细胞活性的保护。
Objective To evaluate the effect of temperature nursing in surgey of neurosurgery. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 42 cases who had surgey of neurosurgery treated from October 2010 to July 2011, All cases were given deuto-hypothermy and temperature nursing. Results All cases were retained deuto-hypothermy in the 34-36℃. All vital signs were stable including temperature, blood pressure, loop circle after surgey. Conclusion It is imperative that temperature nursing in surgey of neurosurgery, could improve the preserve brain cell.
