全麻药物对脑神经作用研究介绍

摘要 很多研究人员从啮齿类动物和灵长类动物的实验中获得的证据表明:我们临床经常使用的全麻药物会对中枢神经系统造成伤害,而处于发育期的大脑受到损伤后,记忆功能会有所减退。本文将对当今全麻药物的毒性作用进行探讨,让大家对毒性研究的进展增加了解,希望改变一些临床麻醉的使用观念。
