摘要
开磷集团下属矿山开拓工程进入深部掘进后,深部的红页岩采用普通锚杆喷网支护后在高地应力作用下仍出现片帮等破坏情况,为此研发了一种大变形协调形变的吸能锚杆,它可随着其支护巷道变形而协调形变,当巷道形变值达到最大时吸能锚杆弯曲段被拉直,锚杆的支护作用力迅速上升,为巷道提供最高强度的刚性支护作用力。
In the deep development made by Kailin Group sub- ordinate mine in the excavating operation, deep red shale ordinary bolt net support in spray under high ground stress appear to be damaged in pieces. In response, a large deformation coordination deformed energy suction anchor rod was developed and deformed coordinately with its support roadway deformation. When roadway deformation value reaches a maximum, the bend section of energy suction anchor rod is straightened and the bolt support force is rapidly risen to provide the strongest rigid support force for roadway, preventing the deep soft rock tunnel after its excavation from being compoundly damaged.
