摘要
以甘氨酸(Gly)与碳酸亚铁为原料合成了阴离子干扰少、纯度较高的甘氨酸亚铁螯合物.以反应体系的pH值为5.5~6.0、抗氧化剂用量为甘氨酸质量的10%、配位比(Gly/Fe)为2∶1、反应温度为80℃的优化条件,得到了产率为87.21%、螯合率为86.95%的甘氨酸亚铁螯合物,产物经纯化处理后,测定了它的红外光谱和差热分析,考察了它的摩尔电导率和稳定常数(K),判断甘氨酸亚铁是带一个结晶水的反式结构螯合物.
Ferrous glycinate monohydrate is synthesized by glycine and ferrous carbonate as raw materials with less anion interference and high purity. The reaction system pH value was 5.5-6.0, the amount of antioxidant quality is 10% of glycine, Coordination ratio (Gly : Fe) is 2 : 1, the reaction temperature is 80 ℃. With these optimized conditions, the ferrous glyeinate chelate is generated in yield of 87.21% and chelated ratio of 86.95 %. After purifi- cation, the structure of the complex is characterized by some analysis methods, such as infrared spectrum, differen- tial thermal analyses and calculated by the molar conductance and stabilization constant(K). Ferrous glycinate is proved as a trans-structure chelate with one crystal water.
