贵州省烟田杂草主要病毒检测及分析 被引量:11

Determination and Analysis of Virus Present in Main Weeds of Tobacco Fields in Guizhou Province

摘要 为了明确贵州省烟田杂草携带烟草病毒病的情况,采用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA),检测了贵州省10个县(市)27个乡镇83块烟田30科70种853份杂草样本。结果得出,共有18科44种179个杂草样本携带病毒,病毒检出率占总样本数的20.98%,其中TMV、CMV、PVY的检出率分别为12.31%、6.33%、2.34%,以TMV检出率最高;腺梗豨莶、小飞蓬、藜、马唐、尼泊尔蓼、桃叶蓼等杂草的带毒率分别为44.12%、42.86%、38.46%、36.51%、36.36%、35.48%,以腺梗豨莶、小飞蓬的带毒率较高;27个杂草样本共检测到2种以上病毒的复合侵染,检出率为22.13%,有16个杂草样本受到TMV和CMV 2种病毒的复合侵染,占13.11%,马唐、桃叶蓼受病毒复合侵染的概率高于其他杂草。 ITo determine weeds carrying tobacco virus diseases in tobacco fields of Guizhou Province, samples of 853 weeds belonging to 30 families and 70 species were collected in 83 tobacco fields in 27 towns of 10 counties (cities) in Guizhou Province and tested by an ELISA method. A total of 179 weed samples,equivalent to 21% ,from 18 families and 44 species carried viruses. Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV), cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), and potato virus Y (PVY) were detected in 12.3% ,6.3% and 2.3% of the samples, respectively. Virus carrying rate in Siegesbeckia pubescens Makino, Conyza canadensis ( L. ) Cronq., Chenopodium album L. , Digitaria sanguinalis ( L. ) Scop., Polygonum nepalense Meisn. ,and Polygonum persicaria L. was 44.1% ,42.9% ,38.5% ,36.5% ,36.4% and 35.5%, respectively. Twenty, seven weed samples were infected by more than two viruses, and the virus detection rate was 22.1%. Sixteen weed samples were simultaneously infected by TMV and CMV,which represented 13.1% of the total samples tested. Virus mixed - infection rates of D. sanguinalis and P. persicaria were higher than those of the other weeds.
